Mark Morales, Sr VP of Community Relations & Outreach

Mark Morales is Senior Vice President - BDO at AmPac Business Capital. Mark has over 20 years of business banking experience and specializes in SBA financing and loan programs for diverse owned businesses and is the primary contact for Supplier Diversity with the Bank. Mark is the 2022 SCMSDC Leadership Excellence Award and 2022 RBC Global Citizen Award winner.

Mark Morales is also Co-owner of Charles Jacobsen, Inc. – a certified LGBT Business Enterprise. Mark was appointed to the State of California, Department of Insurance; Insurance Diversity Task Force as the LGBT Business Enterprise advocate/representative in 2015.  He currently serves as Chair of the Task Force.

Eddie Reynoso, Small Business and Transportation Policy Liaison

Eddie represents the California LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce on the California Department of Transportation's District 11 Small Business Council.

Eddie Reynoso is the founder of the Equality Business Alliance and the San Diego LGBT Visitor Center.

He also serves as Chair of the San Diego & Tijuana Visitors Center Network — a coalition of 12 visitor centers throughout San Diego and Baja California. He is also the co-Chair of the Alianza de Empresarios LGBT — Baja California.

Ally Bolour, Chair of the FLAIR Referral Network

Ally Bolour serves as the Chair of the FLAIR (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Real Estate) Referral Network at the California LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, where he leads a vibrant group of professionals dedicated to fostering collaboration, business growth, and economic empowerment within the LGBTQ community. As an accomplished immigration attorney with a strong commitment to social justice, Ally brings extensive legal expertise and a passion for supporting underserved communities. His leadership ensures that the FLAIR Referral Network remains a vital resource for connecting LGBTQ-owned businesses with trusted legal, financial, and professional services.

In addition to his work with FLAIR, Ally has a distinguished career in immigration law, advocating for individuals and families navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. His dedication to equity and inclusion resonates throughout his work, empowering the LGBTQ community and beyond.
